Question by HRH Princess Amanda: [HELP!] University, Sex, Drugs and Alcohol?

So I just received and accepted my university accomodation offer, I will be in a flat with four other girls and one guy, I'm not much of a party girl, what's gonna happen? Do you think he will be decent? My friend Hannah says everyone looses their virginity during freshers week, I don't feel ready. What exactly is gonna happen? Orgies? Drugs? I'm a bit affraid...
